- 1 lb. cooked pinto beans
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy.

2Drain excess fat.

3Put bacon back into pan with garlic and onion; fry for about 5 minutes.

4Add pinto beans and mix with electric hand mixer, adding canned milk to desired consistency.

5Add cheese. Warm beans until cheese is melted.

6You may need to add more canned milk as the cheese melts.
