  • 1 8-oz. package softened cream cheese 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla

    Pour on top of batter. Do not mix in. Bake cake. Surprise mixture will sink to bottom of pan (top of cake). Food coloring can be added.
