  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. browned beef or turkey
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix taco seasoning into ground meat as directed on package. Butter casserole dish. Pour corn into dish.

    Crumble meat over top of corn. Mix potatoes with sour cream; pour over meat evenly. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top. Let melt and serve.
