- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. dark or light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Add sugar gradually to margarine; cream until fluffy.

2Add syrup and salt; beat well.

3Beat in eggs, one at a time.

4Stir in coconut and oats.

5Pour into pastry shell.

6Bake at 350° until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 minutes.
