- 8 ounces, weight Block Cream Cheese (light Is Fine)
- 2 teaspoons Wasabi Paste (more Or Less To Taste)
- 13 cups Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted Lightly
- 1 whole Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- Rice Crackers, To Serve

1Cut the end off of the cream cheese, about 1/3 of the block.

2Add the small section to a bowl, mix in the wasabi paste until completely combined.

3Slice the longer section of cream cheese in half, lengthwise.

4Place the bottom half of the cream cheese on a platter with raised sides.

5Spread the wasabi cream cheese over the bottom half and top it off with the remaining half.

6Pour the soy sauce over the block of cream cheese and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onion slices.

7Serve with rice crackers.
