  • 1 kg bag frozen hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 2 c. cheese, grated

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, saving half of cheese for top.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.

    Reduce temperature to 325° if using glass dish.
