  • sliced raw apples or canned
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Fill pie pan 2/3 full of apples.

    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top of apples.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over apples.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown (at least 40 minutes). Delicious served warm with ice cream.
