Swedish Cabbage Rolls

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine beef, pork, rice, sugar, onion, salt and pepper.

2Wilt cabbage leaves by placing in boiling water for a few minutes. Place about 1/2 cup of mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up securely.

3Place rolls in baking pan.

4Dot each with butter. Combine water and soup; pour over rolls.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°.
