  • 4 c. pecan halves
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, 1/4 lb.

Directions

    Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Beat egg whites gradually adding sugar until stiff. Fold nuts into beaten egg whites, then fold into butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
