- 1 lb. nuts (pecans, almonds or walnuts)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Add sugar gradually to stiffly beaten egg whites.

2Melt butter; add to egg mixture.

3Add nuts.

4Add salt and cinnamon to taste.

5Stir well to coat all nuts.

6Spread in a jelly roll pan or a cookie sheet.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, stirring after the first 15 minutes.
