- 1 stick butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar

1Heat pecans thoroughly.

2Whip egg whites and salt. Add sugar gradually.

3Mix nuts and egg whites.

4Drop into pan which butter has been melted.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
