  • 4 c. pecans
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Heat pecans thoroughly.

    Whip egg whites and salt. Add sugar gradually.

    Mix nuts and egg whites.

    Drop into pan which butter has been melted.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
