  • 2 lb. veal with bones
  • 1 lb. pork with bones
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook all together until meat is well done.

    Cool and either grind or tear into small pieces.

    Put into loaf pan and cover with meat broth.

    Cool overnight before slicing (the gelatin in meat bones thickens juice).

    Serve cold; nice for buffets.
