- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook all together until meat is well done.

2Cool and either grind or tear into small pieces.

3Put into loaf pan and cover with meat broth.

4Cool overnight before slicing (the gelatin in meat bones thickens juice).

5Serve cold; nice for buffets.
