- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar and the baking mix.

3Beat vigorously. Turn dough onto floured surface.

4Knead until smooth, about 20 times.

5Roll dough into rectangle 16 x 9-inches.

6Spread with butter and sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
