mix the chicken spices flour well deep fry

the sauce mix all but 1/4cup of water and cornstarch in a pot bring to boil

mix cornstarch and water together well add to sauce it will thicken it and give sauce a nice sheen

you can use this sauce for shrimp pork fried vegetables fried mushrooms and fish.... of coarse chicken
