- 2 (16 oz.) cans sweet corn (white), drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 6 pieces fried bacon
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Stir in flour until dissolved in butter.

3Mix in the sour cream and bring to a boil over medium heat.

4Add the corn and 1/2 of the crumbled bacon and then pour the mixture into a casserole dish.

5Add the remaining bacon as a topping and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

6This recipe can easily be cut in half.
