  • 4 c. fresh corn kernels
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Preheat oven to 350°. Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until nearly smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until brown and the center is set, about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and serve.
