- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. whole milk
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass pan. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until nearly smooth. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until brown and the center is set, about 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and serve.
