Sweet Mint Iced Tea

- 15 leaves Sweet Mint
- 1 gallon Water
- 16 bags (Single-serving Size) Lipton Tea (or Any Other Plain Black Tea)
- 1 cup Honey
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lemon Juice

1This makes 1 gallon of tea.

2Place mint leaves in a tea strainer ball, or wrapped in cheesecloth. (You just don't want leaves running through the tea ... or maybe you do? Your call!)

3In a medium pot, add 1 quart water and drop in the tea strainer with mint leaves.

4Bring water to a boil. As soon as it boils, turn off heat and add tea bags. Steep for 12 minutes.

5Remove tea bags and discard.

6Remove mint leaves and discard.

7While tea is hot, add in the honey and lemon juice and stir to dissolve honey.

8Pour the tea from the pot into a gallon jug and fill the rest of the way with cold water. Refrigerate.
