- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp. orange zest

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.

3Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

4Gradually beat in flour until blended.

5Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

6Pour into parchment-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

7Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

8Cool in pan 5 min.

9Invert cake onto wire rack; remove pan and parchment.

10Turn cake over; cool completely.
