  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup Jell-O Orange Jelly Powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Gradually beat in flour until blended.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into parchment-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

    Invert cake onto wire rack; remove pan and parchment.
