  • 1 c. evaporated sweet milk

  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Beat until light and fluffy.

    Pour into 9-inch pie shells.

    Bake at 350° until a knife stuck in the middle is clean.

    Brush brown sugar over top of pies and on crust.
