  • 2 good size potatoes
  • 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 2 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • your choice of flavoring
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Peel, cut up and cook potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes. Beat with mixer.

    Add butter and sugar.

    Beat well. Add the milk and eggs; continue to beat. Add salt and flavoring after beating well.

    Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350° until firm.
