  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum (Captain Morgan)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • sweetened cream

    Swirl together 1 part rum-berry puree to 2 parts slightly whipped cream in a champagne flute.
