  • 1 (10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (uncooked)
  • 2 c. precooked cubed ham
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Drain broccoli.

    Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in unbaked pie shell.

    Repeat second layer.

    Sprinkle top with onion.

    Set aside.

    Gradually stir milk into beaten eggs; add seasonings.

    Pour over mixture in pie shell. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
