- 1 (10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (uncooked)
- 2 c. precooked cubed ham
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Drain broccoli.

3Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in unbaked pie shell.

4Repeat second layer.

5Sprinkle top with onion.

6Set aside.

7Gradually stir milk into beaten eggs; add seasonings.

8Pour over mixture in pie shell. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and continue baking for 30 to 40 minutes.
