  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, cut up

    Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla and beat again.

    Sift dry ingredients together; add egg mixture.
