- 1/4 lb salted butter
- 1 cup egg whites
- 2 cups fine granulated sugar.
Directions

1Whip butter at room temp set aside.Whisk egg whites with sugar over a bain marie until they reach 85-90 degrees celcius, place into mixer whip on high speed until room temp. Combine taking care not to overmix. Flavour at will however add liquids slowly taking care not to make the consistency soupy
