- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a medium mixing bowl; mix well.

2Pour into a lightly greased 12 x 7 1/2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

3Sprinkle cheese over top.

4Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
