  • 12 Triscuit Original Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
  • 12 thin cucumber slices
  • 12 squares Swiss cheese, cut to size of cracker
  • chopped fresh chives and tomato bits

Directions

    PLACE one slice of Swiss cheese on a cracker.

    TOP with a slice of cucumber.

    PIP or spoon 1/2 tsp (2mL) mayonnaise onto centre of cucumber.

    PLACE on paper towel and heat in microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, or at 325F (160C) in oven until cheese has melted.

    GARNISH with finely chopped fresh chives and tomato bits.
