- 8 chicken breasts, cut in half, skinned and deboned
- sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 c. cooking white wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix or croutons
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Arrange chicken in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Top with cheese.

3Mix soup, cooking wine and water until creamy and smooth. Pour evenly over the chicken and cheese.

4Sprinkle stuffing on top and drizzle butter over it.

5Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
