- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. water or milk
- 1/4 c. apple juice or white grape juice
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. dry stuffing mix
Directions

1Place chicken in buttered dish.

2Cover each breast with cheese slice.

3Combine soup, water and juice.

4Pour over chicken; season to taste.

5Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken.

6Spray with vegetable spray or drizzle 3 tablespoons butter over.

7Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

8Overbaking makes chicken tough and dry.
