  • 5 chicken breasts, deboned, skinned and cut in half
  • 5 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can white wine
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (don't use the flavor packet)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Spread in baking dish (9 x 13) that has been sprayed with PAM. Do not overlap. Put a slice of Swiss cheese over each breast. Mix chicken soup and white wine. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Stove Top stuffing and drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 55 minutes.
