  • 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. sharp yellow cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pt. half and half cream (2 c.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Beat last 4 ingredients well together.

    Pour over cheese. Bake in hot oven at 450° for 15 minutes, then turn oven to 325° and bake for 45 minutes.
