- 12 medium peppers
- 1 bottle fruit pectin
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Green and red sweet peppers may be used in any proportion. Discard seeds.

2Put peppers through food chopper twice, using the finest knife.

3Measure peppers.

4Use enough juice from peppers to make cups level.

5Add sugar and vinegar and mix thoroughly.

6Heat rapidly to a full rolling boil.

7Stir constantly before and while boiling.
-
8Boil hard for 2 minutes.

9Remove from fire and stir in fruit pectin.
-
10Stir and skim alternately for just 8 minutes to cool slightly to prevent floating.
