  • 4 c. instant potatoes, prepared according to the box instructions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss or Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare the potatoes according to instructions.

    Beat the egg into the potatoes.

    Cut the cheese into strips and mix into the potatoes.
  4. 4
    Place a few of the strips on top of the casserole. Bake in the oven at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
