- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions

1Beat steak, cut into serving pieces and salt and pepper and coat with flour.

2Melt oleo (large pan) and brown meat slowly. Add tomatoes; cover; simmer 1 hour.

3Add onion, peppers; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.
