- 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
- 1 medium sized onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Directions

1Roll steak in flour.

2Cook onion in oil until tender.

3Brown meat on both sides in oil and onion mixture.

4Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

5Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
