Ingredients
- 1 tenderized round steak, cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can original stewed tomatoes
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Salt and pepper tenderized steak; dip in flour.

2Brown in oil in frying pan until browned on both sides, then remove from pan and lay in oblong baking pan.

3Then take your sliced onion, bell pepper and stewed tomatoes and put on top of browned meat; season again with salt and pepper.

4To the remaining oil in frying pan, mix at least 2 to 3 teaspoons of flour with oil until brown.

5Pour flour drippings over meat, onion, pepper and tomatoes in pan.

6Add about 2 cups of water to pan.

7Cover with foil and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Serve with white rice.
