- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, sauce or soup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1About 3 1/2 hours before coat meat with flour.

3In hot salad oil, brown meat on both sides in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, etc.
