- 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into serving pieces.

2Season flour with salt and pepper.

3Dredge meat in seasoned flour.

4Place onion in crock-pot. Add meat.

5Top with carrots and celery.

6Cover with tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 minutes and then on high for 3 to 5 hours.
