- 1 1/2 lb. cube steak
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 2/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. flour
- oil or Crisco
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Roll steak in flour and brown in skillet; salt and pepper steak.

2When steak is browned on both sides, put in heavy pot or pressure cooker.

3Add onion, bell pepper, tomato soup and canned tomatoes.

4If using pressure cooker, cook 25 minutes.

5If using heavy pot, bake 1 hour in oven at 375°.
