- 6 to 8 minute steaks
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. sugar (brown or white)
Directions

1Put all ingredients (except steaks) together and mix well; bring to a boil.

2Meanwhile, brown minute steaks and lay in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Pour on sauce and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 350° oven.
