- 1 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 16-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 12-oz. can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut steak into four pieces, trim fat.

2Coat steak with flour. In dutch oven, pour oil and brown meat over medium-high setting. Add tomatoes, soup, celery salt and onion rings.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Cover and cook over a low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
