- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 3 lb. 1-inch thick steak
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 6 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, chopped and seeded
- 2 medium onions (1/4-inch slices)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

2Sift together.

3Put in deep dish.

4Coat steaks on both sides and pound in with side of saucer. Cut steak in serving size pieces.

5Brown in oil in Dutch oven. Do not crowd.
