- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. round steak
- flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. each celery and carrots, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (18 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- grated cheese
Directions

1Flour, salt and pepper steak.

2Brown in oil.

3Cut in 2 pieces. Put some flour into drippings.

4Brown.

5Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

6Bring to a boil.

7Place steak in shallow pan. Pour liquid and veggies over.

8Place in a 350° oven.

9Cook for 2 hours or until tender.

10Sprinkle cheese just before removing from oven.
