- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil or fat
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper.

3Cut into small pieces.

4Brown in fat or oil.

5Place other ingredients on meat.

6Cover with lid.

7Simmer on stove slowly.

8Stir occasionally.

9Do not let boil dry.
