  • 6 venison chops or steaks
  • flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery, tops chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • pinch of sweet basil

    Roll meat in seasoned flour and brown.
