  • 1 large bag broccoli and cauliflower vegetable combination
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions
  • 1/3 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 the cheese, sour cream and 1/2 the onions.

    Pour into a casserole dish.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, another 5 minutes.
