  • 1 lb. dates
  • 1 lb. fine coconut (frozen)
  • 1 lb. cherries
  • 1 lb. chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cans condensed milk

    Mix flour and fruit.

    Break in eggs.

    Add milk.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with heavy-duty foil or 13 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
