- 2 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can Carnation milk
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing, cornbread style
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in water with a little salt until tender. Drain off excess liquid. Mash up the squash and onion a little. Add margarine and 3/4 c. of grated cheese. Stir until melted. Beat eggs and add milk and blend well. Add this to squash mixture. Add stuffing mix to squash mixture, mixing well.
