- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Mix ingredients with eggbeater or electric mixer for 2 minutes.

2Fold in 1 cup pecans.

3Line two pie tins with unbaked pastry and pour in mixture.

4Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes. Let stand in tins until cool.
