  • 3/4 c. syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix ingredients with eggbeater or electric mixer for 2 minutes.

    Fold in 1 cup pecans.

    Line two pie tins with unbaked pastry and pour in mixture.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes. Let stand in tins until cool.
