- 2 cups cooking oil, plus
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 3/4 lb string bean, trimmed and cleaned
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ground pork
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions

1Heat 2 cups of the oil in a wok and add the beans.

2Fry for one minute or until soft.

3Drain.

4In a saute pan, add the remaining oil and heat.

5Add the beans, garlic, minced pork, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and broth.

6Add the sesame oil and scallion, swirling to heat through.

7Serve.
