- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 -6 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 cup liquid pectin
- 1 tablespoon liquid pectin
- red food coloring, for desired color
Directions

1Bring first four ingredients to a boil over medium high heat in a medium iron pot. Add both pectin measures and let the mixture come to a boil again. While boiling stir constantly for 1 minute. Add the food coloring to make it prettier and pour the jelly into prepared jelly glasses and seal. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
